Recommended Settings

  • Watertight (manifold) mesh — no holes
  • Minimum wall thickness: 1.2mm (FDM) / 0.5mm (Resin)
  • Max file size: 100MB
  • Units: Millimeters preferred

Spacer

Common Issues

  • Non-manifold edges — fix in Meshmixer or Blender
  • Inverted normals — recalculate outside
  • Too thin walls — thicken to at least 1.2mm
  • Overlapping geometry — use boolean union
