Welcome to Printora. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing orders or registering as a vendor. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Printora.
Printora is a technology marketplace platform that connects buyers seeking 3D printed products with independent 3D printing vendors (referred to as "Vendors" or "Print Shops").
- Provides a platform for buyers to discover and order 3D printed products
- Facilitates secure payment processing and escrow services
- Offers order tracking and communication tools
- Handles dispute resolution between buyers and vendors
- Printora does not manufacture, print, or produce any products
- Printora does not handle shipping or logistics directly
- Printora does not own or operate the 3D printing equipment
All products are manufactured and shipped directly by independent Vendors. Printora acts solely as an intermediary platform to facilitate transactions between buyers and vendors.
- You must create an account to place orders on Printora
- You must provide accurate name, email, phone number, and delivery address
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- You must register as a vendor and complete the verification process
- You must provide accurate business information including GST number (if applicable)
- You must provide valid bank account details for receiving payouts
- You must list accurate information about your 3D printers, materials, and capabilities
- You are responsible for keeping your business and tax information up to date
Printora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these terms, or engage in fraudulent activities.
- When you place an order, the full payment goes to Printora
- Printora holds the money in escrow until order completion
- After successful delivery confirmation, Printora releases payment to the vendor
- Printora deducts its commission before releasing the vendor's earnings
Payment Methods: We accept payments through Razorpay, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets. All transactions are processed securely through RBI-compliant payment gateways.
Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS.
Price Display: All prices displayed on Printora are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
As a registered vendor on Printora, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Deliver prints that match the specifications, quality, and material promised
- Ensure proper layer adhesion, finish quality, and dimensional accuracy
- Reject orders you cannot fulfill to the required standard
- Complete printing within the estimated time provided during order placement
- Ship orders within 24 hours of print completion
- Communicate delays promptly through the platform
- Use reliable courier services for shipping
- Provide valid tracking numbers for all shipments
- Package products securely to prevent damage during transit
- Respond to buyer queries within 24 hours
- Handle complaints professionally and in good faith
- Cooperate with Printora in resolving disputes
Shipping is handled entirely by vendors. Each vendor is responsible for selecting courier partners, packaging products, and ensuring safe delivery.

- Delivery status updates via email and SMS notifications
- Support for shipping-related disputes
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times shown during checkout include printing time + shipping time. Actual delivery may vary based on vendor location, courier performance, and destination pincode.
Courier Delays: Printora is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are displayed separately during checkout and go fully to the vendor. Printora does not charge commission on shipping amounts.
- Printora charges a commission on the product price only
- Shipping charges are NOT commissionable - vendors receive 100% of shipping amount
- The current commission rate is displayed in your vendor dashboard
- Commission is deducted automatically before payout release
Commission Changes: Printora reserves the right to modify commission rates. Vendors will be notified at least 15 days before any commission rate changes take effect. Orders placed before the change will be processed at the old rate.
Pricing Authority: Vendors have full control over their product pricing and shipping charges. Printora does not set or interfere with vendor pricing decisions.
- Before Printing Starts: Full refund within 5-7 business days
- After Printing Starts: Partial refund (minus material cost) at vendor's discretion
- After Shipping: Cancellation not possible; return/exchange policy applies
- Vendors may cancel orders only for valid reasons (printer issues, material unavailability, etc.)
- Buyer receives full refund for vendor-cancelled orders
- Repeated cancellations may affect vendor rating and platform standing
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refund timeline: 5-7 business days for UPI/wallets, 7-14 days for cards/bank transfers
- For damaged or defective products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Buyer raises a dispute through the order page
- Vendor has 48 hours to respond with evidence
- Printora reviews both sides and makes a fair decision
- Decision is communicated within 5 business days
- Refunds or resolutions are processed accordingly
- You must own the rights to any STL files or designs you upload
- You must have proper licensing for any third-party designs
- You are solely responsible for any copyright infringement claims
- Printora is not liable for IP disputes arising from buyer-uploaded content
- You must NOT copy, distribute, or resell buyer-uploaded designs
- You must NOT use buyer designs for any purpose other than fulfilling the order
- You must delete buyer files after order completion unless otherwise agreed
- Violation of IP terms may result in immediate account termination
Printora's IP: All Printora branding, logos, website content, and platform design are owned by Printora. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.
Printora reserves the following rights to maintain platform quality and protect users:
Printora may suspend, restrict, or terminate vendor accounts for:
- Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
- Consistent delivery of poor quality products
- Repeated shipping delays or failures
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- High dispute rates or negative buyer feedback
- Non-compliance with tax or legal requirements
Printora may withhold vendor payouts in the following situations:
- Active disputes or buyer complaints on the order
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Investigation of policy violations
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any platform features
- Update these terms with reasonable notice to users
- Remove content that violates our policies
Printora acts as a marketplace platform only. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for product quality, safety, or fitness for purpose
- We are not liable for vendor actions, negligence, or misconduct
- We are not liable for shipping delays, damages, or losses caused by couriers
- Our total liability shall not exceed the commission earned on the disputed transaction
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
You agree to indemnify and hold Printora harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
